Woke early... it was sunny!! At first I wondered what the orange ball was and then realised it was in fact SUN. This menopausal mad woman is declaring war on midrif fat and thinking very positive thoughts about how gorgeous I will be when the blubber melts away to reveal someone I used to know!
So.. positive thoughts to replace negative ones (thanks Roly). War on calories and exercise.
PS: I am told that Brown FAT is much more attractive than white FAT, so I'll head to Turkey today and hope for some sunshine and culture. I am told the wine is CRAP and I would never lower my standards, so at least that's 1000 calories saved per day! hee hee. Will try my best to blog. If I can't I am at least keeping a journal now that I am secure in the knowledge that I have in fact got a private life (lots of grins I see from you lot!). Then I will fill it all in next week. But, keep looking just in case.
So.. bus to Clapham Junction, Train to Gatwick South, shuttle to Gatwick north and a flight to Antalya, Turkey... Hotel Aspen Antalya.
